The purpose of this free introductory meeting is to clarify the challenges your organization is facing, what changes you would like to see, and which support could be helpful.
To make the most of our time, I send you an intake form in advance with some focused questions. On the basis of this information we can assess how I can be of help and what could be an adequate approach for your organization.
