- Discover your blocking assumptions about conflict and broaden your perspective
- Become aware of your personal patterns in difficult relationships, tense situations and conflict and the consequences
- Experiment with new ways of being in conflict situations
- Develop personal conflict skills to support you in courageous conversations
- Learn how to prepare a courageous conversation on different levels (e.g. my goals, what I really want to say, the quality of my presence, supportive mantras)
- Follow the steps in conflict resolution and facilitate contact and clarity in the chaos of conflict

Team Training – ‘Courageous Conversations for Connection’
This developmental journey is a combination of training & team coaching.
The focus is on:
- Build safety together, in order to engage in a courageous conversation
- Express, explore and appreciate the differences in the team as a resource and added value in order to deepen collaboration
- Recognize the patterns in dealing with differences, tension and conflict in order to make new, conscious choices
- Dare to speak up and address the difficult issues that hinder collaboration
- Focus on listening and curious exploration, instead of problem solving
- Share painful experiences, learn from what went wrong, and integrate the insights
- Foster connection and build bridges, based on acknowledgement of the differences
- Strengthen individual and collective conflict skills, in order to be more resilient, authentic and courageous in the face of future difficulties
- Invest in an open and productive team climate where direct communication and feedback are welcomed
