The intention is to <strong>speak openly<\/strong> and <strong>listen with curiosity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The core of this intervention consists of one or more <strong>facilitated group conversations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>These dialogues are prepared in a <strong>thorough and careful<\/strong> way. Where necessary, we provide <strong>extra support and follow-up<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This collective approach offers you <strong>powerful leverage<\/strong> to bring movement in what is stuck and to bring clarity in what was unexpressed in your team, department or organisation.<\/p>\n<p>And of course this is exciting and difficult.
